WHO I AM
Since my childhood I have been surrounded by art. I grew up in an artistic family; my grandfather and my mother both were visual artists. Designs, colors, geometry, porcelain, and clay were integral part of my education. From there my perception and sensibility of the conception of beauty has been born.
My passion and skill for cooking were always latent within me, but it was only until I decided to free myself and merge my two passions (art and cooking) that I discover my true passion and began studying Culinary Arts. Every day into the college was an adventure, a discovery and an invaluable learning experience.
Taking laboratories, Garde Mange, and theory courses with Chef Bodanis, was one of the best educational experience of my life. During his classes he taught us about the techniques, methods, rules, and tips from French cooking. The foundations of Culinary Arts, we reviewed from G.A. Scoffier until today all the evolution of kitchen management. Each one of our instructors were exceptional teachers and personally would like to acknowledge the invaluable support and teachings of Chef Tom Chlebek
I graduated with honors from my first, second certificate and Diploma of Culinary Arts program at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. I wont a recognition Award for my outstanding achievements. I have previous experience as both a Project Manager, and Visual Designer, and I am also trilingual. I love to be an active part of a team, expand my knowledge, and bring my opinion into the table.
After all, I am a Chef in development, but mostly I'm a woman with dreams, aspirations and aesthetic sensibility.
This is me.
